Who This Service Is For
We service split-system air conditioning for homeowners, landlords, property managers and small businesses across Portsmouth, Chichester, Petersfield and the surrounding area — from a single residential system to multiple units across an office or commercial premises.
How Often Should You Service Your Air Conditioning?
Most residential systems should be serviced once a year. Systems in commercial use, or running for long hours, often benefit from more. For a scheduled, ongoing plan rather than a one-off visit, see our Air Conditioning Maintenance page. If you're not sure what your system needs, we're happy to advise after taking a look.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I service my air conditioning?
Most residential systems need servicing once a year. Heavier commercial use may require more frequent servicing.
What's the difference between a service and a deep clean?
A service covers inspection, cleaning and performance checks of the whole system. A deep clean goes further into the coils, casing and internal components — usually where there is a smell, visible contamination or prolonged lack of use.
Can you service any make or brand?
Yes — we service the vast majority of residential and small-commercial split-system brands.
Do you top up refrigerant during a service?
Only where there is a genuine need, and only after investigating for leakage. Refrigerant loss indicates a leak, so we investigate rather than simply topping up.
What happens if you find a fault during the service?
We'll explain what we've found and discuss the options before doing further work. If closer investigation is required, that is covered by our Fault Finding service.
