Drop-off, mobile servicing and collection options

Depending on your location and the number of appliances involved, we may offer one of the following options.

Workshop drop-off

Portable air conditioners can be brought to us in Portsmouth by prior appointment.

Workshop drop-off is generally the most cost-effective option for an individual appliance and allows additional time for dismantling, cleaning, testing and drying where required.

Mobile servicing

Mobile servicing may be available at your home or business, provided there is a suitable area where the appliance can be safely dismantled and cleaned.

Travel charges and minimum booking values may apply depending on your location.

Scheduled collection and return

We are registering interest for scheduled collection and return routes in areas where there is sufficient demand, including South London.

Where enough bookings can be grouped within the same area, appliances may be collected, serviced at our workshop and returned on an agreed date.

Is your portable air conditioner worth servicing?

Servicing can be worthwhile when an appliance is otherwise operating correctly but has developed an unpleasant smell, restricted airflow, visible contamination or reduced performance.

For older appliances with significant electrical or refrigeration faults, replacement may sometimes be more economical than repair. We will be straightforward about the likely cost and practicality before recommending further work.
